BGM License Agreement

By purchasing a BGM license for Genx Beats, you can use it as BGM for videos on YouTube, etc., or as BGM for your original apps and games.

If you want to use it with a song on it, this license cannot be used. In that case, please use a lease license.

Please check this BGM license agreement before purchasing the product.

Contract Period

The contract period will be 2 years. After 2 years from the date of purchase, this BGM license will be terminated. If you want to continue using the music, you will need to repurchase the license. If you do not repurchase the license after the contract ends, please remove the music from videos, apps, games, etc. that use the music.

About Exclusive License

Tracks will continue to be sold in this store even if a BGM license is purchased. Therefore, someone other than you may continue to purchase licenses.

If someone purchases an exclusive license after you have purchased a background music license, you can continue to use the track for the duration of the agreement. However, once the exclusive use license is sold, it cannot be renewed after the term of your BGM license has expired.

Therefore, we recommend early purchase of an exclusive use license if you want to secure the track.

About Beat Arrangement Changes

Beat arrangements changes are possible, but a separate fee will be charged.

About Usage Range

When using tracks, be sure to use them as background audio for videos, apps, or games. (Creating songs using this license is prohibited)
Purchased music can be used as BGM for videos on YouTube, etc., or used as BGM for your original apps and games.
You need one license for each project. Therefore, if you use the same music in another project, you need to purchase the license again.

Precautions when using on YouTube

You may receive a “Copyright Claim” when you put it on YouTube. We will check the license and whitelist it, so please send us an email with the license purchase date and the URL of your YouTube video.

Prohibited matter

Registration with any copyright management system, including YouTube Content ID, Facebook Music Fingerprinting, SoundCloud monetization is prohibited.
It is prohibited to register music with copyright management organizations such as JASRAC and ASCAP.
Usage in “BGM summary video” is prohibited.
Resale of licenses to third parties is prohibited.
By default, creation of NFT is prohibited. Please contact us by e-mail so that we can consult with you .

About Beat Copyright

Purchasing a BGM license is the right to use the track. Please note that purchasing a license does not transfer copyright to you.

Credit Notation

Credit notation is optional. When crediting, please use “Track by Genx Beats”.

Earnings from Songs

The license purchaser (you) can receive all of the revenue from the project that uses the music purchased from this site. However, this does not apply if a license violation is discovered.

Violations

If you violate the license, all the works used will be deleted and collected. We will bill you for the sales that occurred due to license violation.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the digital product called “music licensing”, we do not accept refunds, complaints, or cancellations.
