Refund and Return Policy


Our refund/return policy for the physical goods we sell is 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The following types of products cannot be returned.

Downloadable products (music)

You will need your receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some refunds may not be available.

Goods with obvious signs of use
Unpacked goods
Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our negligence.
Products that have been used for more than 30 days after arrival.


After the returned items arrive and are inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned items. We will also inform you of the approval or disapproval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late refunds or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

If you contact your credit card company, it may take some time before you receive an official refund.

Then contact your bank. It may take some time for your refund to be reflected.

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.


We will only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, please send us an email through Contact Us and send us the item. We will give you our address, so please send it to that address.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will refund the amount of the refund minus the return shipping cost.

Depending on the customer’s location, the time it takes for the exchanged item to reach the customer may vary.

If you are returning an expensive item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that you will receive your returned item.
