Precautions when using on YouTube

From the perspective of preventing unauthorized use, some beats are registered with YouTube Content ID. Therefore, you may receive a “Auto Copyright Claim From Me” when you post a video on YouTube. If you receive an auto copyright claim from me, please email us the URL of your YouTube video. We will check the contents, and if there is no problem, we will proceed to cancel the copyright claim.

Prohibited matter

• Registration with any copyright management system, including YouTube Content ID, Facebook Music Fingerprinting, SoundCloud monetization is prohibited.
• It is prohibited to register music with copyright management organizations such as JASRAC and ASCAP.
• Please note that although my music is available for commercial use, it cannot be distributed on subscription-type music distribution services (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc.) because there is a chance that your tracks get registered to copyright management system of some sort and start affecting others who are using the same instrumental. If you want to release it on a subscription-type music distribution service, please purchase a license or contact us by email.
• Creation of NFT is prohibited. I am available for consultation, so please contact me by email.
