Precautions when using on YouTube
From the perspective of preventing unauthorized use, some beats are registered with YouTube Content ID. Therefore, you may receive a “Auto Copyright Claim From Me” when you post a video on YouTube. Therefore, we do not support usage on YouTube.
I really want you to be able to use it safely on YouTube, but I can’t provide it because of the existence of YouTube Content ID. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please understand.
Prohibited matter
- Registration with any copyright management system, including YouTube Content ID, Facebook Music Fingerprinting, SoundCloud monetization, BeatStars Publishing is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to register music with copyright management organizations such as JASRAC, ASCAP, BMI, IMRO.
- Registration to music recognition systems such as Shazam is prohibited.
- Selling the music file itself and secondary distribution of the music file are prohibited.
- Use in videos for the purpose of introducing the song itself rather than as BGM is prohibited. We consider these videos as redistribution and will file a claim for copyright infringement.
- Please note that although my music is available for commercial use, it cannot be distributed on subscription-type music distribution services (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc.) because there is a chance that your tracks get registered to copyright management system of some sort and start affecting others who are using the same instrumental. If you want to release it on a subscription-type music distribution service, please purchase a license.
- Creation of NFT is prohibited. I am available for consultation, so please contact me by email.
